An easy to use therapy platform/EHR, business email, and phone number, if needed.
Competitive compensation plan, with regular monthly pay days. You are paid for your previous month's work, regardless of insurance payment, client payment, etc.
Billing completed through the office, no hassling with insurance companies, copays, reviewing benefits, we have all of that covered.
Assistance in paneling with insurance companies for licensed providers.

Current Positions

Part time or Full Time Licensed Therapist: We are currently seeking one clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a current Connecticut license to join our team on a part time (5-14 weekly appointments) or full time (15+ weekly appointments) basis.
Marriage and Family Therapy Intern: We are currently seeking two Marriage and Family Therapist Interns to join our team on a part time (5-14 weekly appointments) or full time (15+ weekly appointments) basis. Supervision will be provided within the Thrive Counseling and Wellness team.
