We're so happy that you have decided to take this next step for you and improving your overall quality of life!

We all experience challenging times in our lives, and there are instances when additional support can be helpful.   Psychotherapy can assist you or a family member to overcome emotional and psychological difficulties and learn constructive ways to deal with life's challenges.  Therapy can provide support to those undergoing difficult life transitions or experiencing problems in their careers, relationships or family life.  At Thrive Counseling, we aim to help guide you, empower you and teach you healthy coping skills to help you manage life's stressors and live a more enjoyable life.

We are so excited to start this journey together with you!  Please reach out with questions or if you would like to book a consultation!

Casey Orsini, LPC, Art Therapy Certified (ATR)

Licensed Professional Counselor

I am an LPC Associate who studied Art Therapy and Counseling at Albertus Magnus College. I am passionate in helping people achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.  I hope to empower you to be able to achieve your goals, manage life stressors and empower you one day at a time.

My areas of experience include working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and Autism as well as working with those who experience depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions and those with chronic mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.  Art therapy is a modality I enjoy using as it allows us the ability to look at presenting problems from a unique perspective that may not be present in talk therapy exclusively.  I also pull interventions from other frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

No matter which treatment modality we agree upon, I look forward to assisting you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals and and improve your overall wellness.

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to hold everything together for everyone else. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficult family dynamics, low self-esteem, or life transitions, such as becoming a parent.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s in mental health counseling from Fordham University. I am also perinatal mental health certified (PMH-C), which has given me specialized training to support women through the transition into motherhood. My therapeutic style is highly collaborative, and I aim to create a space that fosters safety, curiosity, humor, and ultimately, growth.

I am passionate about supporting women who feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, or complicated relationship patterns. Together, we can explore the experiences that shaped you, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and build practical skills for navigating emotions, boundaries, and life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more resilient in difficult moments, and more able to create a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Sometimes we find ourselves in a space or time mentally, emotionally, spiritually or relationally where life experiences are not matching our expectations. We may struggle with how to cope while managing the tension between our hopes and our circumstances.  Dealing with disappointment, loneliness, anger, worry and regret can signal unmet needs. I am here to work with you to understand and uncover how you want things to be different and what you might need to cultivate acceptance and change.

I aim to create a space that is supportive and healing. I believe the therapeutic relationship offers an opportunity to grow, experience relational health, process pain, gain insight, formulate solutions and forge a path forward.

My training and work as a postpartum doula cultivated a passion for working with new moms and parents as they navigate the path into parenthood and beyond.  I enjoy working with individuals and couples and offer a space of calm and compassion as you process the unique experiences of the transition into parenthood. I draw from my own experiences working with pregnant and postpartum moms, training as an MFT and lived experience as a mom of three in our work together and am here to support you in your process.

I serve my clients with compassion and grace, and I consider it a privilege and an honor to witness and work with you on the journey to well-being and growth. I am passionate in my belief that you can change and you can heal.
