Thriving Starts Here!

Welcome!

I'm so happy that you have decided to take this next step for you and improving your overall quality of life!

We all experience challenging times in our lives, and there are instances when additional support can be helpful.   Psychotherapy can assist you or a family member to overcome emotional and psychological difficulties and learn constructive ways to deal with life's challenges.  Therapy can provide support to those undergoing difficult life transitions or experiencing problems in their careers, relationships or family life.  I aim to help guide you, empower you and teach you healthy coping skills to help you manage life's stressors, thrive, and live a more enjoyable life.

I am so excited to start this journey together with you!  Please reach out with questions or if you would like to book a consultation!

Casey Orsini, LPC-A, Art Therapy Certified (ATR)

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

I am an LPC Associate who studied Art Therapy and Counseling at Albertus Magnus College. I am passionate in helping people achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.  I hope to empower you to be able to achieve your goals, manage life stressors and empower you one day at a time.

My areas of experience include working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and Autism as well as working with those who experience depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions and those with chronic mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.  Art therapy is a modality I enjoy using as it allows us the ability to look at presenting problems from a unique perspective that may not be present in talk therapy exclusively.  I also pull interventions from other frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

No matter which treatment modality we agree upon, I look forward to assisting you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals and and improve your overall wellness.

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

I am passionate about supporting my clients as they navigate through life’s stressors and work towards living a more authentic and fulfilling life. Maybe you are experiencing a transition in your life, such as starting or finishing college, becoming a new parent, or making a career change. Perhaps you are interested in learning more about yourself and having a safe space to get things off of your chest. I will meet you where you are and help support and empower you to get to where you want to go.

I am currently a licensed professional counselor associate (LPCA) with my master’s in mental health counseling from Fordham University. My therapeutic style is highly collaborative, and I aim to create a space that fosters safety, curiosity, humor, and ultimately, growth. My approach to therapy combines strategies from motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as mindful and somatic practices.

I work well with clients who are motivated and open to change. I have specialized experience in working with individuals who have late discovered ADHD and autism, new and expecting parents, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those experiencing chronic illness and pain.
